Unlike other software/apps we use, in Keypay we are unable to transfer the subscription and therefore need to have the billing details changed by the client user, and have Best Practice Bookkeeping removed as users.
To change the billing details:
- Login to your account and navigate to 'Payroll Settings'.
- Once in Payroll Settings, select 'Subscription'.
- From here you may change the plan you're on and change the billing details.
- Select 'change billing details' and enter your account details.
- You are now responsible for the subscription. From here you will need to edit users in order to remove us from the account completely.
You may go to 'users' and remove Best Practice Bookkeeping staff as users. We will no longer have access to your account, unless we are invited in again.
