Some expenses don't have the standard 10% of GST applied to them.
Hubdoc has an automatic setting applied to extract the correct amount of GST from a document. If this setting is not turned on, or the document isn't auto extracting, then it is possible to manually apply this GST rate.
1. Select the tax rate of your document by clicking the down arrow, and select 'Extracted Amount'.
2. Find the GST amount on the document, enter the correct amount, select the correct 'Account' and select 'Generate Line Items'. 
3. Finally, add any extra details necessary the select 'Save & Close'. It can now be published and will have the correct GST and GST-Free applied.
